These people more or less completely sided with the other lady and let her go with no repercussions. I asked for security to be brought and again explained the situation. They refused to do anything about this lady who has now threatened someone in their facility. The patron with the phone then came out of the steam room and turned to me and said “You have no idea what is coming for you. I asked what was going on and the employee said “give her a few minutes” in a very rude fashion. They asked her a second time to which she again did not listen.
I went back and told the employees again that she still had her phone out in the area. She did go ask the lady to put her phone away and when she didn’t said she was going to call security. I then went to the person at the desk at the spa Chantel. She refused to put her phone in her locker and proceeded to use the facilities. There are signs posted everywhere and I brought to her attention the fact. I was using the hot tub area where women are nude very often, and noticed a lady that had her phone out.
At the establishment they have a policy that you are not allowed to have any phones in the spa area because people walk around nude and are supposed to be able to freely enjoy themselves. Today my daughter and I decided to spend some time at Bally’s Spa.
